The 4 S system of learning the Kettlebell Swing is just one system that helps a lot of people to learn the movement, the breathing techniques and the steps to a great and safe kettlebell swing.

It's a fun 4 step method. However, I said 'a lot of people' learn with these 4 steps - not everyone.

If you feel you need assistance with any of the steps, it doesn't make sense to you or it feels 'off', please get in touch so I can help further.

Warming up is always recommended to mobilise joints, increase respiration and to assess how you feel on any given day.
