Let's Finish 2020 Strong

Okay okay, I know it's not quite summer yet here in Australia, but the temperature is rising, the storms are brewing and Christmas is just around the corner.

Life is about to get a bit busier as training time competes with all these other things, so let me account for that in this new strength and lifestyle program.

I'll write a detailed strength program that puts a focus on one or two particular movements per training session, which should last 30 minutes or so.

One session will focus on a deadlift, probably the most functional strength movement everyone does daily and that everyone will need until our dying day.

The other session will focus on a push and pull movement.

The 'lifestyle' component refers to building in short movement snacks throughout the day. These will incorporate mobility movements, get ups, balance and a good all round mix healthy moving.
