Introduction

Simple and Sassy is a wonderfully simple program to follow up the Mountain or the 30:30 Strength endurance program.

It sure is sassy too with the Clean & Press being the main component.

There are two daily blocks after warming up.

Block 1 is a good all-round preparation with a crawl, a carry and the squat.

Block 2 offers up a ladder of Clean and Press over a time that suits you.
